Disillusioned with the children’s magazines available for their own children, Lucy and Clive Farndon decided to publish their own

Alternative Kidz is in its second year now. It is published quarterly and includes a wide variety of articles including Who Dares: exciting outdoor pursuits, and Who Cares, an ecological feature as well as news, cooking, fashion without labels, real life travel, quizzes and creative projects. Clive and Lucy produce it at home with the help of their three girls and even managed to get the Autumn issue out on time straight after the birth of their son, Gus!
