In September this year, a 24 – week course, The Epic of the Universe,begins on the Internet with Dr Brian Swimme and Dr Larry Edwards of theCalifornia Institute for Integral Studies.

Brian Swimme isauthor of several books and videos including The Hidden Heart of theCosmos: Humanity and the New Story and Canticles of the Cosmos.

Heexplains: ‘Every known culture in human history organised its creativeenergies by means of its cosmological epic ñ its account of where theUniverse came from, how it developed into its present state and whatmeaningful role humans play in the midst of this cosmic drama. Thepurpose of this course is to present the central discoveries that ledto the current evolutionary cosmology.
