It calls on the individual to find the work that makes their heart sing. It values inspiration and authenticity. Over 80 business people who are part of this fast growing movement gathered at the Walk Your Talk Conference at Findhorn last September to network and explore this holistic business form.
There was discussion of the idea that we are nearing a tipping point, a time when the balance will change as the new outnumbers the old so that ethical and sustainable becomes the norm. Transformation will then sweep through the economic world, and, at this point, old, exploitative ways will no longer make economic sense. All those participating at Walk Your Talk are discovering that sustainable, ethical and profitable can all go hand in hand.
