Primrose Earth Awareness Trust (PEAT) is helping children develop an awareness of the Earth.

Localschoolchildren are planting their own gardens and learning aboutorganics as well as creating wattle and daub buildings. They are alsocreating a sensory trail and a secret garden that will have a peacegarden and meditation room. In only one year PEAT has been sosuccessful that it has been chosen as one of the Best’ by EnvironmentWales and was runner up for the Hereford Schumacher Award.
They are having an open day on July 5th with tours of the garden, herbs and plants for sale and refreshments.
