Following the success of last year’s festival, Ludlow 21 has announced the dates for 2006′s Green Festival as Saturday May 20th– Sunday June 4th.

Following the success of last year’s festival, Ludlow 21 has announced the dates for 2006’s Green Festival as Saturday May 20th– Sunday June 4th.
For 2006 the festival will focus on two themes; Energy and Climate Change’ and Young People’. The festival programme will include Ludlow’s largest ever Green Fair, filling the whole of the castle grounds on May 28th, with stalls selling local food and drink, sustainable energy demonstrations, recycling promotion as well as music and entertainment.
David Currant, Chairman of Ludlow 21 said “Building on the success of last year’s festival we are planning an even better and longer programme for 2006 with new events and something for all”.
Ludlow 21 is an organisation that encourages Ludlow residents, organisations and businesses to adopt more environmental and sustainable lifestyles.
