Mediabox, backed by The Depart-ment for Education and Skills, will be giving young people the opportunity to create their own projects using film, television, print, radio or online.
For young people aged 13 to 19, it is a chance to learn brand new skills, be creative, do something different and make their voices heard. Those who do not have access to resources locally are especially encouraged to apply.
Mediabox is run by four different organisations ñ First Light Movies, MediaTrust, Skillset and the UK Film Council ñ all committed to training, empowering and equipping youth so that they can make their media mark.
The last chance for applications is the end of January 2008.
