Multi-award-winning actress, Julie Christie, has recently become an ambassador for Survival International, the worldwide organisation that supports tribal peoples.

Julie recently narrated Survival’s new film, Uncontacted Tribes, featuring previously unseen footage of the world’s most remote peoples. ‘Surely the world is big enough for all of us,’ she said. ‘Including those whose way of life is most different to ours?’ She has also been out-spoken in support of the Kalahari Bushmen, who were evicted from their ancestral lands to make way for diamond mining.
