The aim of the group is to raise awareness of the Positive News publication and to create a growing online network of people sharing positive news stories, ideas, thoughts and information. We hope to use the group as part of a larger incentive to help bring information from grassroots communities into wider awareness, whilst linking individuals and communities together.
Positive News recognises the potential of Facebook to play a role in nurturing a positive online community. On the group page, users can join in discussions, post links, leave comments and contact other readers as well as Positive News staff. We welcome you to join in and help grow the network.
Have you any positive news from your local community? Organising any positive events? Have any feedback about the paper? Questions for the team? We invite you to share your thoughts and actions and help stimulate solutions for the future.
You can find the group by typing ‘Positive News’ into the Facebook search bar, or by visiting the web address www.facebook.com/home.php?ref=home#/group.php?gid=38626882851&ref=ts. If you are not already a member of Facebook, you can join at www.facebook.com
