When I act spontaneously, from my creative core, a gateway opens. I enter into the mystery from which possibilities are born. Being in this space extends the horizon of my thinking. I can then explore what it is to be “open”, to listen without judging and to speak without blaming. The arts, using music, imagery, poetry and dance will be central to our day to enable shifts of perception.
The event is led by Trish Dickinson and Stefan Freedman and is held at Chalk Farm North London.
