Help the Honey Bee

The Soil Association are putting out an appeal to sign their petition to the government to take action to protect the honeybees. Please read their appeal and visit the website to sign the petition.

“We’re calling on the Government to protect our honeybees and ban neonicotinoid pesticides. To lend your voice to our campaign, please complete the information below and click Save. The appeal reads:

“We, the undersigned support the Soil Association in calling on Hilary Benn, the UK’s Secretary of State for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs to ban neonicotinoid pesticides with immediate effect. These pesticides have been shown to kill honeybees and are thought to be a contributory factor in the recent dramatic increase in honeybee deaths.”
