The need for affordable housing is a priority for new-build houses. With this in mind, Cornwall Sustainable Building Trust, CSBT, launched a competition for designs for A Novel Sustainable Affordable Solution' to Cornwall's hous-ing problem. The winning design was created by architect, Bill Dunster, of the architectural practice, ZedFactory.
